I have over 15 years’ international consultancy experience in industry, working as a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager. I have a proven track record of leading on multi-million pound global projects in the oil and gas, mining, infrastructure and water sectors, working with clients and colleagues at all levels to ensure successful project outcomes. This wide-ranging international experience, working with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds, has provided me with a unique insight into the benefits that coaching and effective leadership can provide to both individuals and teams. In 2016, believing that life is for living, I fully embraced my adventurous side, competing in the America’s Coast to Coast Leg of the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. I raced 7,000 miles from Seattle to New York via Panama, experiencing champagne sailing conditions, tropical heat and the full force of Tropical Storm Colin. I utilise my previous experience of management, leadership and my travelling adventures in my coaching, pursuing my ambition to enable people to reach their full potential through coaching. I hold a Practitioner’s Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and I am an Accredited Executive Coach.

I offer bespoke coaching packages tailored to each individual. A typical package costs £600 and includes an initial complimentary session to discuss your objectives for the coaching so that it can be tailored to your needs and 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions held every four weeks. This is a small investment in your future when you think about the benefits that coaching can bring you. Consider the bonus you may receive if you nail the presentation you are worried about, or the pay rise that will accompany the promotion you are going for, or the extra time you will gain by addressing your work-life balance.
Clare was fantastic at helping me understand what I wanted to get out of the next stage of my career, and how to fit that into my personal and family life. She was a great sounding board for ideas, and was able to ask the questions that I should have been asking myself, resulting in me realising what were the important elements of my career that I wanted to keep and build on, and those that I needed to get rid of.

Clare started coaching me at a very difficult time in my professional career. Clare is very talented and gifted to listen and trigger questions that will allow you to find answers and better understand how you feel and approach challenging situations. She has been a key support for me and I am thankful that I had the chance to have her as a coach. I strongly recommend Clare without a doubt.
- Ingrid, Marketing Manager, Multinational Imaging Company
Clare’s support came at my lowest point with regards to a challenge I was facing. She got me to think about how I was addressing the matter and what I might need to change. Knowing Clare would be taking an interest in my actions by the next session made me go and actively implement the course of action which in due course led to success. Thank you!
