What to expect Psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and coaching is an effective combination to heal the mental and physical effects of stress, for psychological and physical difficulties and overcoming early conditioning, negative and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. It is a safe and gentle way of dealing with trauma. We will work together to release you from negative patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviour and promote a feeling of well being. Hypnotherapy is a state of deep relaxation, where the person is aware of everything going on. You will feel very deeply relaxed, but you will not fall asleep. You will be in total control all the time and will be able to bring yourself out of trance immediately if you wish to. You will be able to move and communicate with me at all times, thus hypnotherapy is a wonderful state of therapeutic co-operation. Some people use their hypnotherapy sessions purely as a way of relaxing - a little like going for a massage or doing a yoga session.
